Voluntary work experience @ Chew TV

Since completing my Digital Art & Technology course I have found it hard to find full time work straight out of university because of the lack experience I had.
So to gain as much experience as I could I decided to offer my skills and services on a voluntary basis and emailed a large range of companies based down in Plymouth to see if anyone could help. After a good wait Chew TV Offered to help.

So, A little about Chew TV (www.chewtv.com)

Chew TV is a pioneering Web TV Company run by and for young people aged 14-25.
Chew TV allows anyone to watch free short films and videos online, whilst giving a voice to young people, providing a global showcase for new talent in digital media to connect and share ideas.
As well as aiming to positively influence young people’s lives by providing a voice through digital media, personal development opportunities and access to the media industry.
Chew TV offers a unique and innovative platform for projects, organisations and brands to have their own online TV Channel using the latest in social networking tools, connecting with young people on a level they understand and enjoy.

My job at chew TV was to basically give a helping hand when ever needed which such things as their monthly newsletters, a range of different tasks dealing with web issues such as cuss skinning and development of media for the website.

Here are two links to the latest newsletters I have developed.
